Welcome to the Diversion Program, administered by the National Safety Council, Nebraska. It is a voluntary program that offers a one-time chance for a person charged with certain offenses to avoid having a criminal conviction on their record. This online diversion system is designed to allow participants to enroll in the program, pay program fees, submit community service documentation, and track program compliance status.
